In the emails I get from you wonderful Daily Gratitude
subscribers, there are some common themes. It seems
that everyone is looking for one or more of these things:
a deeper spiritual life, better relationships, good
health, a fulfilling life and more money.
Would you be surprised if I told you that these are
not 5 separate things, but only one?
What if you didn't have to pick one, you could have them
all? See, they all have the same source, and the same
step-by-step method can be used to connect to that
source and manifest them in your life.
There's even a detailed manual on how to do it.
Read about the book that changed Bob Proctor's
life. Not the first book, the second one!
If you've been wondering why it's so difficult to get
the results you want with this Law of Attraction that
everyone's talking about, you'll find the answer here.

"Happiness"
"Most people treat the present moment as if it were an
obstacle to be overcome. Since the present moment is
life itself, this is an insane way to live."
-- Eckhart Tolle
In the Gratitude ebook one of the 5 important points
is the difference between happiness and satisfaction.
Most people find it a lot easier to be satisfied than to
be happy, and that's having it backwards.
The problem we all have to deal with is our mind. It loves
think about the past and worry about the future, and if we
let it do that all the time we will have a hard time being
happy. We'll also miss our life.
Think about this - we don't live in the past or the future, even
though we think about them all the time. There is only one
place we live - in the present moment! There is only one
place that we can be really happy - in the present moment.
Our mind doesn't like that. In the present moment, there is
nothing for our mind to do. Like us, it can only just "be".
Try this experiment. Right now, while you're reading this,
stop and simply become aware of your surroundings. What
do you see, hear, smell, taste and touch? Are you warm,
comfortable, well fed, and clothed? In this moment, are
you happy?
If your mind tells you that you're not happy, look carefully
and you'll see that it's really about something that has
happened (the past) or that might happen (the future). In
this present moment, is there really any reason not to be
happy?
I didn't think so!
Now just string those present moments together and
you can be happy all the time. At any time you can just
stop and become aware of the present moment. The more
you do this, the easier it gets. When you move into the
present moment, it becomes a lot easier to be grateful.
There is always something to be grateful for in the present.
Recognize the fearrful thoughts for what they are - just
mind activity that keeps you out of the present and makes
gratitude difficult. As you practice bringing this kind of
present moment mindfulness to your day you'll find that
you life becomes noticibly more peaceful.
That's something to think about, isn't it?

every one of you!
